HUNTING LEASES

Aspen Plantation LLP has more than 14,800 acres and most are available for hunting lease, much of the acreage is for hunting leases. Most of the acreage is in hybrid poplar plantations with other features such as lowlands, swamps, and hardwood tree groves.

**Property lines are for reference only and may not reflect actual boundaries. A property outlined in red signifies that parcel has been leased and is no longer available.

HOW TO LEASE HUNTING PROPERTY

Step 1
Search – use our map to locate and identify available properties

Step 2
Visit – you are welcome to inspect an available tract. Please email Hunting@aspenplantation.com with field numbers you will be visiting and dates you will be there.

Step 3
Review Terms – please read our FAQ page and sample contract

Step 4
Initiate Lease – email Hunting@aspenplantation.com with your name, mailing address and field number(s) you wish to lease.

Hold Harmless Agreement
If you elect to enter Lessor’s premises to view a recreational lease unit or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold Lessor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors harmless from all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or leased by Lessor. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
